ABOUT POLYGLOID
POLYGLOID stands for "Polyglot Vocaloid". It is a project that aims to spread awareness of multilingualism in Vocaloids and UTAUloids alike.

Its objectives are the following:
  1. Create awareness of language capabilities of Vocaloids, regardless of their ethnical origins.
  2. Create an environment where resources to achieve multilingualism for Vocaloids are readily available. This will be done primarily through the site's mascot, Riza Sotone.
  3. Teach the people the way to use Vocaloid and UTAU in a fast and concise manner, emphasizing on developing skills and quality.
  4. Publish its own brand of UTAU voice banks that are natively capable of multilingual synthesis.
  5. Promote the usage of Vocaloid software, and the publisher of their voice banks, such as Crypton Future Media, and Internet Co.
  6. In a similar way, promote the usage of UTAU, and the creators of the voice banks that are known and emerging.
POLYGLOID is the brainchild of Orochi Herman, a M.U.G.E.N creator, artist, musician and computer technician, who saw the potential of Vocaloid and UTAU to be the next big step in desktop music production.
